How are credits calculated? How many credits for a video?
For example, a standard 4s video costs about 15-25 credits. You can always see the estimated cost next to the "Generate" button.
Do my credits expire?
It depends on the type of credits: Plan Credits: Reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Add-on Credits: Never expire. Our system prioritizes deducting Plan Credits first.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle? What happens to my unused credits?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time (e.g., from Lite to Pro). The upgrade takes effect immediately. Any remaining credits from your previous plan will roll over and be added to your new plan's balance.
Can I switch to a lower plan?
Currently, we do not support direct downgrades or self-service plan changes to a lower tier. If you have a specific issue or need assistance with your subscription, please contact us at support@popcornai.art.
What if I run out of credits?
You have two flexible options: 1. Buy Add-ons: Pay as you go, never expire. 2. Upgrade Plan: Get more allowance and lower rates immediately.
Do PopcornAI-generated images/videos have watermarks?
If you are on a free plan, your generated content will include a PopcornAI watermark. To unlock watermark-free downloads and present the most professional image to your audience, simply upgrade to one of our premium subscription plans.
What happens if I cancel?
Your benefits remain until the cycle ends. After that, the account reverts to Free, and subscription credits expire. However, your Add-on Credits remain available. Your history is also kept safe.
Can I use videos for commercial purposes?
Yes, paid users have full commercial rights. As long as you are on a Lite, Pro, or Ultra plan. Free users are limited to personal use with watermarks.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 3-day limited refund guarantee. First-time subscribers can request a refund within 3 days if not heavily used. Add-ons are non-refundable but never expire.
